I think this is the best customizer app out there! There's a bit of a learning curve, but it's super powerful and has a lot of great features, and the customer service has been excellent as well! We make custom products with lots of different fabric and feature options - some of our products have over 50 million possible variants! CPB handles them with ease. We had some issues with compatibility with Managed Markets and the buildateam developers were able to get that fixed promptly! (tldr: make sure to use "hybrid-generated price variants" if using Managed Markets). If using Auto-generated variants, I highly recommend combining this with the Arigato Automation app, to set up a workflow to hide the auto-generated products from search and product recommendations, and also delete them after a specified amount of time so they don't clutter up your products as much.

A big shout out for this great app! The features are awesome, simple to use and it has everything we need to visualize even complex products in our Shopify store (we sell felt products like felt key chain or felt book cover which customers can personilze completly). There are not much product customizer apps for shopify availiable that offers this level of freedom in creating customizable products. Customer and technical support is very responsive and the price per month plans are fair.

1000% recommend! This product configurator is the core of our ecom store and one of the most significant touchpoints for our customers. What we use it for: To allow clients to create their own leather handbag, that consists of many different choices like leather structure, leather color, color of hardware, decorations, carrying option like strap or chain, personalization options like embossing with monogram, and much more. We also use it to include upsells into the ordering process without those products being noticed as an upsell, but rather as a really relevant and matching addition, enhancing the main product. Functionalities: We use a lot of different functionalities of this app like different option styles (multiple choice, radio button, dropdown, checkboxes, text fields, etc.), conditional formatting to display certain options when a previous option is clicked, and my favorite: displaying the mock-up of the finished product with the layer functionality, so customers see how the final product will look like. Also, we have all options SKU-managed, which makes it a bit slower, but in terms of stock management, analytics from Shopify, etc. this is a very beneficial. Usability: Layers are easy to manage, different options and conditional formatting too, just the variety of options and settings make it in total quite a project to work with (also because our product is really complex). I've tested more than 10 apps before deciding for this one, and it was by far the best. Customer Support Vlad and developper Egor are great, always helpful and realize all requests with great output. We had a lot of requests because we had CSS customazation done to match the configurator to our Dawn theme and our specific needs and came up with new requests every week, and they always supported great for a reasonable fee. 100% recommend - keep up the good work team buildatheme!

After 2 years using this app I can confidently say this is by far the best app on the market for allowing your customers to create custom products. The app is extremely easy to use and very customizable. I tested every "custom product" related app in the shopify app store including the bold equivalent and the functionality of CPB is far and above the best. Not to mention the support team will go above and beyond to help in a very timely manner.

Great app, very easy to use and if any extra help is needed then the support team is amazing. Might seem overwhelming at first but once you get into it, so easy to set it all up and populate the data. The fee is also fixed per month so very straightforward and makes budgeting easy. We have launched a lighting pendant customisation app and Vladislav has helped me to make quite drastic changes very fast and efficiently (as we had specific rules and vision) so we have managed to launch it earlier than we had planned.

We are still building out this app for our website. Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for their support. They get back to us pretty quickly and fix any issues we have. We really love this app. It has provided us with new businesses by enabling custom product options to become available. Their support team is excellent, providing on-the-go support whenever we need help. With inventory management for custom options, auto-generated variants, product information, SKU management, custom fonts, etc., it is undoubtedly the best custom product builder out there. I highly recommend them for your needs

Extremely robust app. The team behind it is super helpful and skilled too. We needed a pretty complex system and got everything done to the last detail. Special thanks to Egor who was very patient throughout the project and ended up doing much more than asked for.

I am usually not the kind of person to leave reviews unless I have a spectacular experience. The customer service team is truly amazing! They respond within 24 hours and also provide a free 30-minute set up session for your store's needs. They initially recommended that I start with the basic plan and see what I need. I started with that and now have upgraded to the pro plan and won't ever turn back to any other plugin available. The inventory management, customisation options and settings available are just not comparable to their competitors. For my particular store, I needed a lot of customisation and changes. The development team were patient despite me not knowing much about coding and how the app along with Shopify works together and guided me through the whole process. I can say confidently that my store is working perfectly as is with this plugin. Magda, Vlad and Egor were especially helpful in responding to my queries promptly and solving my roadblocks. I would definitely recommend this app and give it a go for 30 days free. It sold me within days.

Customer service is horrible. I have been waiting for things to get fixed on my website and I can't seem to get anyone to help me. Nobody should have to wait this long for support. If nobody can help me ASAP, I will have to move on to another app. I will be happy to revise my review once my issues are fixed.

Let me first start by saying, my configuration requirements are VERY complex and not easily solved by any other Product Configurator and I'm sure I'm pushing the limits of this app. I can't say enough about the support team and their willingness to help make this happen. They have the knowledge to suggest more efficient ways to set things up which results in a more manageable long-term solution. Will be very excited to launch my store in the near future!

Hands down the best product customization tool out there for Shopify. It's extremely robust, they've thought of everything in terms of logic and customization. I've paid them to do some custom dev work for me as well, they're super responsive and helpful. Can't recommend them enough!

great app. so far the most complete app for custom customizations. At first it might be overwelming to customize it, but they have a great support that helped me to customize it. Using it I was able to create customizations and business rules which werent possible using standard shopify ou other apps

Great support! Sometimes the app it's not so easy to understand but the support is absolutely fantastic, fast and efficient. So, final result is very good!
