Support is atrocious. Lots of bugs and things that don't work correctly. When trying to get aide or help, it takes DAYS before a response, which is wayyyy too long when your whole store runs on their app. When you do get help, you get moved from person to person. Have had an issue persistent for weeks, and it still isn't resolved. I installed and setup from top to bottom another app by the time I've even gotten a simple response. Goodbye and good riddance CPB

I've used the custom product builder in my store since I launched lolaandmaeve.com a year ago. Vlad and the team have been beyond helpful in setting up my products and the interface, they have just been great to work with. I would recommend this app for any store... it's affordable, works well, and looks great!

The Custom Product Builder has been an amazing tool for my business. Easy to use and looks great on our website. In addition, the Custom Product Builder team is GREAT to work with and helped me seamlessly integrate some third-party apps onto the builder. Cannot recommend them enough!!!

I had an idea in mind and was searching for an app that would do it. I reached out to them and they said no problem. After jumping on a video they helped me go step by step through it and answered all my questions. I use their app daily and whenever I have questions they answer it quickly and are so helpful, definitely recommend!

This app deserves five stars because it has helped me display and offer my product in a very clean and organized way on my website. Vlad has helped and guided me to learn the app and make it function the way I want. It's not rocket science, but there is a learning curve which takes time to learn all the options and settings. The only issue I have is the How-to videos need to be re-done. The person explaining the steps in the video speaks way to fast and needs to slow down in showing what settings and option do in the app. Definitely recommend the app if you have a custom product to sell.

Does everything I need without a high price! $15 for complete customization is pretty great. It works very very well, though it is a bit confusing to use at first but I eventually figured it out. Don't forget to compress your photos before you upload them or they will take a while to load, there are free compressors you can use online.

The Custom Product Builder Website is not very marketing friendly like their competitors, but I did a lot of research and the functionality and price can't be beat. As with any new program, there will be a learning curve, but they have lots of FAQ's and videos to help you out. In addition, you can ask them a question get a fairly rapid response. I highly recommend CPB for any of your configurator needs.

Very simple to use app. I have zero coding knowledge, but this app is very intuitive. Where more technical aspects were required, the CPB team went above and beyond in tending to my every need. They always provide solutions and were available for video call meetings when necessary. Overall, I love this solution and wouldn't hesitate to put it on my future sites too. Thank you.

This app is terrible! Very glitchy, does not work properly. When I realized this I tried to remove the app from my store and it deleted all of my products entirely! I had to shut my store down and add everything back in from scratch again. I would not recommend downloading this.

Looks like the theme you are using isn't built based on Shopify's guidelines, so there may have been issues with the automatic installation / de-installation. We always recommend creating a backup of your published theme, before installing any application. This ensures you can always revert back to the original theme files if there are any issues! The application is quite complex indeed, it requires reading documentation and learning some basics in order to get maximum benefit from it! It may also require a strong PC in order to work in the admin panel while creating complex customizations (just like Photoshop). We do offer a 30-day free trial, free demo calls, free basic help with product setup, free 24/7 support via email, free support via phone and free 1 hour development for any theme customization requests you may have - everything to make sure you can get started seamlessly! However, 1000% our app can't delete your products! We don't even have such functionality! This must have been some mistake! I have used this app on a few occasions and each time I've had questions. I reached out to their customer service and everyone I have come in contact with has been helpful. Vlad is great at helping to troubleshoot and figure out the best solutions. I would recommend this app for anyone who needs to add a customization feature to their products.
