After years of looking for an app that would let me do what I wanted, I finally found this app. It is EXACTLY what I was looking for. It's extremely powerful and every function you could possibly want is built in. On top of this, the develops are so helpful and amazing to work with.

VLAD AND EGOR ARE UNREAL! They replicated our old problematic product customizer to our exact liking all while being extremely responsive and fair price wise. Since changing builders we have seen SALES SPIKE! These guys are the best option that we have found after searching far and wide among all product builders/customizers. They are masters of Shopify and code to customize the cart experience and product customizer for our customers! The app is very simple to use and is extremely user friendly and offers great customization and updating that you can do yourself! We are exited to be working with Vlad and Egor for the long haul! THEY WORK FAST AND HAVE AWESOME COMMUNICATION skills with their users! No more sending multiple messages off to get a response, these guys are on top of it and always get back to you! They both speak great english to round it off and are willing to even to conference calls and screen share to help further! Thanks Vlad and Egor!

They are very helpful and admit that this can be a challenging learning curve because of the options and level of sophistication it can achieve. First and foremost, I would like to address some of the reviews that disparage this app for being complicated and difficult to learn. The developers have posted DOZENS of step-by-step articles (buildateam.zendesk.com) that address almost anything that could arise while learning how to navigate the interface. There is always going to be a learning curve that ONLY trial and error will teach. But, for what this app is capable of, it is well worth the investment in time. At least for us, the cost of the app and the amount of time spent learning it has resulted in far less time on things that either don't work, or don't accomplish our goals. After two years of refining graphics for our Shopify Store (still under construction), We were convinced that our only choice for product page presentation was going to be to render the tens of thousands of possibilities for customizing our products ourselves, and split them into several categories and collections. Luckily for us, we spent most of that time on layered graphics illustrations, that can now be used to allow the customer to choose their own opinions, thanks to Custom Product Builder. Something we have always wanted to be able to do. This app has simplified our website development to the point where we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel ! We couldn't give it a higher recommendation....

Fantastic App for anyone who offers custom products that are made to order, The guys who created this have thought of everything and are always happy to help with advice and guidance along the way. Vlad in the support team is an absolute legend! It might seem a little bit overwhelming at first but once you get your head around it it really is an amazing app and everything is considered and well implemented. We use it to offer custom surfboard designs and it has really improved our customer experience and sales.

This app is the only app that can handle the amount of customizations we offer our customers. It really allows us to configure the customizations exactly how we want them. It does take time to learn everything this app can do. If you have simple customizations this app is fairly easy, but if you get into major customization then it takes time to learn. There have been some glitches, but I am still giving the app 5 stars because the customer service is excellent and everything always gets worked out right away.

This is the most useful app for a product configurator. Everything is easy to build and plenty of feature options. Plus the support staff is wonderful. Can't say enough about the personal touch they give to their customers. We love the Custom Product Builder!

This app has been a life changer for our custom sites. We are passionate about custom and in the past we even developed our own custom tool and that was a huge mistake. This app exceeds every single feature of any other app out there. The app developers are extremely responsive and proactively adding new and great features to the tool. The color overlay feature is one of my favourites and allowed us to reduce the image quantity almost 10x. Before we used to have each render for each colour, now we simply use the base renders with the specific textures and apply the colour overlay, and it looks almost as good as before. Highly recommend this app to anybody who is willing to do custom products in Shopify. Massive thanks to the Alex and all the team behind this great app!

This took us some time to get right, but the team was very helpful and supportive and able to make the custom features that we needed work. We have found the support very good. This has been a huge goal to get this feature on our site, and we are very happy with the results. The back end is very user friendly to make changes, and the team is very open to improvements. Highly recommend.

I would really like this App to work, unfortunately bugs keep showing up. Unexpected glitches suddenly appear: pages with errors, items show up as out of stock when customers try to add to shopping cart, etc. The developers are quick to respond that they are looking into the issue but over a week has passed and no solution. We are losing sales.... even though the developer keeps charging their $50 USD monthly as if the app worked. The issues mostly arise as the developers keep upgrading the app without properly proofing it before releasing the upgrades. The app works great, when it doesn't come up with glitches. We sell custom bags and our clients can mix and match all the components and see their finished product on screen. One thing that the app does not do -- unfortunately -- is syncing with Shopify's inventory for the components. Your clients could purchase custom items which you might not be able to supply as they are out of stock. At $50 a month it is one of the most expensive apps, inventory syncing should be included.

Their team has helped me build out a site with over 300 customizable products along with sending over custom, step-by-step video tutorials anytime I was confused or lost on what to do. LOVE THE CUSTOM BUILDER TEAM!

So robust, and quite easy to use considering how complex it is! Also, customer support is amazing! They respond within a day and were able to help me with advanced technical issues and help me with my CSS. It is a powerful tool, does everything I need it to, works quite fast, and has so many options that aren't too hard to use.

Works great! Set one up for titancasket.com. Team was extremely responsive in helping me get set up for a few questions I had, but it's mostly self-service. Really exciting and we've seen good traffic to the tool already.

I was a little unlucky to get this app right after they did a big update so there were a few bugs. Once I got in contact with there support they went thought all the problems I had and fixed everything. I'm really happy how it is all working out. Overall good app and good support!
