This is by far the best app that is friendly with merchant centre especially if you have multiple currencies. Casper was really helpful and he helped us configure our shopping feed

Casper has been the easiest support I’ve worked with — highly efficient and incredibly quick to provide solutions. They were a huge help in setting up various technical rules across multiple feeds. :)

I start setting up everything, and only after a while, they tell me Italian is not a supported language to use with AI features, which basically means an overpriced product feed uploader. Better use Simprosys

On our website, we do have the information about the available languages (English, Polish, and German) but thanks to your feedback, we’ll make sure that the information is more visible. Additionally, we are working on developing AI in Italian and plan to add it to our offering in the near future. Onboarding is terrible. I had a meeting scheduled for yesterday and it was canceled due to the onboarder's "schedule change" . Then today I had my call, it was very rushed. All he wanted to was get off the phone. He only connected google merchant center and that was it. In the shopify dashboard it states "96% percent of users get better results and higher ROI after an onboarding call Book a FREE onboarding call During the onboarding we will Set up your product feed and improve your ROI Discuss how to improve the conversion rates for your campaigns Optimize your product feed to improve the quality of the listings Show you the best use cases from companies like yours" This did not happen on my call. I contacted support and they just gave me the run around and wanted me to pay $99 for setup. What a joke . I do not feel like a valued customer so far! Not sure if I will keep this app.

update:The staff proactively contacted me and resolved the issue properly. I look forward to using this app again in the future when the need arises. Thank you to the staff who helped me. ———————————————————————————— I am writing to share my frustrating experience with this app. I only tried out the app, but I didn't realize that I was being charged once I didn't properly close or cancel it. I contacted their customer support multiple times, but I never received any response. I couldn’t find any clear option to cancel the subscription within the app itself. After searching for quite a while, I finally managed to delete it through Shopify’s plugin section. I was charged a total of $239 USD and $80 USD without my consent. I am requesting a refund for these charges. I hope the team can resolve this issue promptly and improve the user experience.

Powerful feed apps can have a steep learning curve, but DataFeedWatch has for us been intuitive to use even for marketers with limited technical understanding. Their team has also been responsive and very helpful whenever there's been an issue or we've had questions.

The product feed tool is easily configurable and relatively intuitive. This tool can help you to optimize your feed without having to spend a lot of time to make unwanted or unneeded changes to your store's data. The team provide excellent support to get you up and running very quickly.

The undisputed best feed tool out there. We have tried almost every tool out there and nothing comes close to DFW. The integration is seamless and the ability to write rules makes sure any new products will turn up in your feeds the way you want it to be. Their support is also top notch. A lovely gentleman called Ivan even went as far as to rewrite our janky regexp code to improve it. Absolute rockstars.
