Service is sloppy. I got cut off on a chat because "he had to go" an no feedback since... Also got hit with a 60% price increase for no apparent reason.

Loving it so far. Super useful to be able to add more keywords to the product titles. Support is really good too.

Easy and quick adjustments to our product feeds. I have not come across a better tool so far. Quick and effective customer service.

awesome product and service. better than Google ads support and most of the support are well trained and knowledgeable.

The app works well. there is a learning curve to getting everything set up properly to run google shopping ads, however, support is very helpful in getting everything working quickly and troubleshooting any errors that come up.

This app has the best support team I have encountered. Accessible and valuable in that they go above and beyond to help quickly resolve issues.

A/B testing works only if you have a large number of similar products in your store because they don't change the splits for the test. They just split all the products once resulting in a one-sided a/b test. The customer support does need improvement. E.g. I have tried to resolve a simple mapping issue. The first time, I had to explain the problem 2 times and had to wait 60minutes. Apparently, she just left the chat... I am still waiting. Thanks Monika ... After that, I have opened another chat with Sebastian. He basically ignore my question and gave me a link to a standard implementation and had basically no suggestions for me. It is a mapping and logic issue. This is basically your service. Magdalena is stellar helpful though and Martin has been reaching out to me regarding a well instructed on-boarding session. EDIT: Datafeedwatch has reached out to me regarding my bad customer support experience. They were very helpful and eager to improve. Staff can have a bad day as well. 3/5 Stars! I would give more stars if the a/b testing would work.

Data Feed Watch is a superb feed tool. It is highly versatile and I can guarantee you that learning to use it is worth it. It is on a totally different level than Shopify's built-in feeds to other platforms. And Data Feed Watch has also excellent support, they help you and answer your questions quickly in support chat.

Good app but customer service so bad. They respond in two weeks. My ticket: 588919 and 586637. And now it's still unresolved!

simply doesnt work, wasted so much time trying to get feed to work on google shopping only to find out that it was a problem with their coding. support is non existent no one ever answers you questions or fixes issues

Basically no support. Multiple of our emails to support have been ignored. We can't recover access to our account, and recovery emails aren't arriving at our email address. Update: After leaving a one-start review - everything was sorted. Thank you team, but this was really unnecessary. All the best.

Support is non existent. My feed stopped working two weeks ago and I've been trying to get help this whole time and I've gotten one response in two weeks saying "it's fixed" but it's NOT. So frustrated and unhappy.

We use this app to send our products to Facebook, Google and Pinterest. It works great! Staff are always super helpful and get back to you pretty quickly

Superb customer service by the support team, especially Keith. Managed to fetch Langify v1 fields into Google Merchant Center with ease.

A big shout out to their support team (Keith). As a marketer I understand the consequences of a messed up feed. Especially, when that feed is being used in Facebook DPA ads or Google Shopping Ads. Their support team was really prompt and helped me fix the issue in like 15 minutes. Keep up the good work guys!

Great app, really easy to use. Support team are wonderful too, especially Magdalena, who sorts all of my problems out super quickly, even out of hours sometimes :) Highly recommend.

Began using this app in 2020 and found it to be the most price-effective way to manage Google Shopping product data for a catalog (1000+ SKU's). Support was super helpful in initial setup creating a small number of data transformations and regular expressions. After a year of using it, I find I log in only occasionally. It just works. Recommended.
