We've been using Cin7 for several yearsl, and it's become an essential part of how we manage our business. As a small team handling inventory across wholesale, retail, Amazon, and Shopify, having everything centralized in one system has made a huge difference. I use Cin7 daily for inventory management, purchasing, forecasting, and reporting. It gives me visibility into what we have on hand, what's on order, and where we need to take action, which is especially important when managing multiple suppliers and sales channels. Overall, Cin7 has helped us stay organized, make better inventory decisions, and scale our operations more effectively. The onboarding group training scheme is fantastic and the support team has been very helpful since finishing the training, in particular Jinesh Shah, who is a terrific champion of the tech and has a very good way of working with teams to get up to speed.

The onboarding help has been great. We migrated from Orderhive and Atulya went above and beyond to reduce the pain from migrating. She was very patient and helpful getting us up and running. We're still getting up to speed as Core has different functionality. In some cases more robust than Orderhive however there are some things in Orderhive , like one central place of truth for product information (eg prices) that pushes to all 3rd parties.

I was using Orderhive for order management. Cin7 is a much better program with more features. My onboarding experience was great. They really take the time to make sure everything works right before moving to the new program. I would recommend!

I like that I can integrate my sales channels (Etsy and Shopify - Amazon is an option too, but I opted not to integrate it to save money) and input manual orders in one place to keep track of orders, inventory, shipments, and payments. I used their previous product OrderHive, so it is all fairly intuitive to use, and they provided great onboarding and setup. I was paired with Muskan as my Onboarding Specialist, and she was very patient, knowledgeable, and helpful in getting me setup.

I love Cin7 , it's such a great software to track my inventory, my sales, my stock transfers, my cogs... full of reports ... very flexible tools, with a lot of integrated API connexion like Shopify and the customer service is amazing !

Dear is a great cloud-based ERP option. Affordable, solid customer support, straightforward but robust!

We have looked at a lot of inventory management systems and migrated from Tradegecko to DEAR. Extremely impressed with the product and system. It has a lot of manufacturing features that we do not use however for tracking purchase orders, bundles, composite products it is excellent. It is easy to duplicate products to quickly add or CSV can be imported. There is never going to be the perfect IMS for everyones business processes but this covers most of ours. We have suggested some improvments regarding batch actions via the web interface. Overall can recommend, no problems syncing with Shopify.

Very good software. The best part is the team will look at enhancement requests for new features and add them into their development. Make's our life a lot easier...

This app works quite well -- keeps inventory quantity updated, pushes Shopify sales over to Dear, allows me to bulk list inventory from Dear to Shopify. Features I wish it had: 1) a way to push over search engine listing previews. 2) a way to easily associate a Shopify purchase with an existing customer in Dear. If the customer enters their name or company slightly different than last time then a new customer is created in Dear. Not a big deal but somewhat frustrating if you care about customer purchase history. Overall, I'm pleased with this integration.

Automating our processes and inventory systems was priority for us to help us focus on the areas of our business that matters. Working with Dear was so easy and the level of care and dedication by the account managers to help us determine our path with Dear was so very much appreciated. We're looking forward to exploring more that we can do with the platform.

Dear has a seamless integration with Shopify and their hands on account management + support has eased our transition towards managing our many products, services and manufacturing efforts in 1 place. They provide all of the resources to set everything up correctly and troubleshoot. It's going to increase our accuracy and efficiency internally and across many of our customers and suppliers. I only just started using Dear for our footwear brand, but so far so good! The representative assigned to us from Dear has been extremely helpful in the process. We are very happy so far!

Dear system is a great app. There support team is extremely good and they get back to your inquiry pretty fast. They also have been trying to accommodate some ideas that we had which we think can work very well as new additions to the system. I have worked with few other system before switching to DEAR and I am extremely happy I made this decision.

Have been using this app for 1 month and so far it has been good. Dear systems is very robust and is able to support many integrations. Support is also good as all inquiries have been responded to within 24 hours.

We implemented the DEAR - Shopify integration recently, and so far, great! The integration was easy to implement, and the solution is easy to use. We now have visibility of all orders and inventory, from multiple channels, in one place. Having the automatic pull through has not only removed a tedious and time consuming manual process, but has reduced human error related to stock availability, customer terms, and fulfilment. We can also see sales performance across all channels in once place, helping us to make better business decisions.

Dear systems has worked excellently for us with Shopify. We have 3 shopify stores and Dear helps us manage the inventory across all and warehouse smoothly and efficiently. It integrates well with sales and refunds and everything is updated instantly.
