I have had no issues with, app, ordering, or delivery, and only spoke with customer service because my sales manager Crystal reached out.

I have several orders that are messed up and not importing over to Dear Lover so can not get them fulfilled and customer service is not responding! Beware of using them! Update: they have still not responded to me and I have messaged them multiple times! I still have several orders to customers that have not gone out for 20 days ago! Using these products could ultimately cause a store to have a bad reputation of not fulfilling!

Only paid order will be synced to our site. 3. If those orders are all been paid, but didn't been synced to our site, they might be the products of the orders are out of stock. I added this app and was excited to add some new products to my store. I was having issues using it on my phone, so I just tried assessing it from my laptop and my virus scanner popped up with 3 different scam warnings.

The Dear Love app allows it to be more accessible when using it on the phones in browsing products. If you have any questions, their customer service is quick to respond within 24 hours. Highly recommend it especially if you wholesaler or even just a constant buyer.
