La mejor aplicación en términos de precio/beneficio, y probé varias antes. Fácil de instalar, ágil, sencilla y con excelente disponibilidad. El equipo de soporte es amable, atento y te ayuda a conseguir el máximo valor de la plataforma. La integración con shopify es excelente, y las APIs de Delight permiten conversar con flow, lo que es increíble, no tiene limites.

It's been a month of using the platform. I'm a noob when it comes to tech. Their support team has been prompt, patient, and exceptional. I was in two minds before signing up but now it seems unlikely that I'll ever think of shifting.

Broadcasts and Automations to Mexican numbers had a bug due to some Meta issues but customer services from DelightChat help was superb and fixed the issue in less than 2 weeks. I want to thank Priya for her help. I believe the app is very useful with great features, and even though it seems they are still developing new features and some of them may need to be updated/fixed they have a great customer service via whatsapp group and will help you with any issue you may come across.
