La mejor aplicación en términos de precio/beneficio, y probé varias antes. Fácil de instalar, ágil, sencilla y con excelente disponibilidad. El equipo de soporte es amable, atento y te ayuda a conseguir el máximo valor de la plataforma. La integración con shopify es excelente, y las APIs de Delight permiten conversar con flow, lo que es increíble, no tiene limites.
Great app, we have been using dialogue for about a year now and it really helped us streamline our support channels. Also, whatsapp marketing has a really good ROI.

It's been a month of using the platform. I'm a noob when it comes to tech. Their support team has been prompt, patient, and exceptional. I was in two minds before signing up but now it seems unlikely that I'll ever think of shifting.

Broadcasts and Automations to Mexican numbers had a bug due to some Meta issues but customer services from DelightChat help was superb and fixed the issue in less than 2 weeks. I want to thank Priya for her help. I believe the app is very useful with great features, and even though it seems they are still developing new features and some of them may need to be updated/fixed they have a great customer service via whatsapp group and will help you with any issue you may come across.

Been using DelightChat for quite sometime. I think what really shines out is the RESPONSE Speed of the team. Believe it or not, changes and help from the customer service is like really really fast. You have question? Bang! Answered in 10min. So far so good. Keep it up
