Betty from Zapiet was extremely helpful answering all my questions. I have very complex shipping configurations but she had the patience to sit over the phone and support me through the whole process. Great customer service!!

This app is awesome! Using this in combination with the Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery app has finally allowed us to offer local delivery to our customers fairly. After spending hours going around in circles trying to make certain parts work, I finally reached out to support and they were SO incredibly helpful, even fixing some issues I hadn't realized were there! Having quality support makes a big difference, and their support is top-notch!
