I run a floral shop and this app allows me to easily charge different rates based on distance. There are times when I need help figuring out how to set things up within the apps and the customer support is always so helpful! Today, Genesis was very helpful in helping me figure out why I was getting an error today and worked with me to fix the problem!

Great support team! Jessica helped me set up the app in no time. I had an issue where Shopify didn't recognize the shipping app. Jessica did her magic and made it work.
