I was able to get a hold of a representative very quickly to help me with my problem that I was having. Betty was extremely helpful, professional, accommodating and patient. She sent me all the screenshots told me what she was doing and continue to communicate with me while she was fixing the issue, I was having on my website with my pick up and delivery. I am very thankful for this app that I’m using. It has definitely helped me in more ways than one. Thanks again Betty for your amazing work.

HUGE shoutout to Jessica on the Zapiet team. I've had some very specific technical questions, and whenever I encounter issues, she always saves the day. Thank you so much, Jessica! The whole team is very responsive and is attentive. This app makes delivery rates a breeze in my business. We offer local delivery, and charge for further distances. We're able to set a minimum, then charge per additional mile, with this app. Couldn't function without it. Thank you!

Shopify and its third party apps are not always the most intuitive, but Zapiet always has good support and they will stay with you until the problem is solved.

I almost gave up on Zapiet. It was not until Jeanette from the tech support team helped me out tremendously with my issues. That kept me as a Zapiet customer. Honestly Zapiet is worth every penny just for the customer service and support. Tech support from people like Jeanette and Krystabel make Zapiet a great plugin and service. I highly recommend it!

Zapiet has been an amazing addition to our store & operations for years (both their Rates by Distance app and their Pickup+Delivery app). Easy to install and integrate... nice professional customer-facing look. The support provided by Zapiet is amazing! They answer at all hours and go above and beyond to make sure they find the best (in our case.. customized) solutions for whatever we're trying to accomplish. Highly recommend.

This app makes it SO easy to charge the correct amount for mileage, set up is easy and customer service is wonderful! I will never not have this app.

had it installed for 1 day i couldn't get it to work as im not very good at these things, so i reached out to live chat response time under 20mins yet waiting 1.5 hours for a reply if there customer support is not there then neither are we

Looking at your specific case here, it does look like the response time you experienced was longer than we would usually expect, most queries are dealt with in just a few minutes with it taking a little longer on some weekends.
