had it installed for 1 day i couldn't get it to work as im not very good at these things, so i reached out to live chat response time under 20mins yet waiting 1.5 hours for a reply if there customer support is not there then neither are we

Looking at your specific case here, it does look like the response time you experienced was longer than we would usually expect, most queries are dealt with in just a few minutes with it taking a little longer on some weekends. Would better give them 0. This best describe experience, app is NOT working properly, you would need to check it daily. Is it not SET it and forget it solution.

The Zapiet Rates by Distance app together with their Pickup + Delivery app has allowed our local delivery supply yard to move into the modern times. We're the only supply yard in our area to be able to offer local delivery online sales because of Zapiet. These apps are intuitive and easy to customize to fit your business and the support team is there to help fix any issues right away.

Love this app. We're a business supplying bulky goods to the local area which each order needing a different quote for delivery. It's completely essential to our operation and couldn't speak more highly of it. 19/06/2025 Update - Amazing Support from Ana when we had an issue wiht the app providing rates. The app is invaluable to us. If you're thinking about using it, definitely try it!

After using other delivery apps, Jessica at Zapiet went absolutely ABOVE and BEYOND to get us up and running Zapiet, especially when Shopify was unable to help. When our previously app went down, and Shopify was unable to troubleshoot the issues, Jessica spent hours with me walking through every step until the app was working PERFECTLY. I've never had such helpful, caring, and patient customer service ever. Our store depends on this service working correctly and without her help, it would have completely shut us down. I cannot thank her enough!!!

This is an excellent app for charging delivery rates based on distance. I have been really happy with this app as well as the Zapiet Store Pick-up & Delivery app, they have allowed us to offer a lot of options and flexibility to our customers and stay competitive. Their customer service is also excellent, with fast response times and helpful explanations! Jessica helped me recently and was great! Everyone who has helped me at Zapiet has been professional and super helpful.
