Great support! Great app. 10/10 recommendation. Should be a native feature for shopify but the team really did a good job coding this feature.

Customers like the option of being able to split payments. The Depo app does this easily making it a positive customer experience. The backend reporting is easy for the shop owner. Wonderful customer service on setup.

This has been very useful for taking deposits on products and then easily requesting the remaining amount. The tech support has been very responsive, kind and helpful.

app is not worth...reciving payment on payu but this app is sync orders...no support from app developer..no email reply nothing no support....fake 5 star reviews
We have replied several times and asked for the order numbers as well but no response from your end. If you can send us the order numbers we can help otherwise it's not possible for our team to help. Stating we have fake 5 star review is insulting and this can lead to banning from the app. Please don't insult our hard work

The app duplicate orders every payment taken, to the point where your accounting is a nightmare and you don't understand what is paid and what is not. WHAT IS MORE SERIOUS, it affects your shopping cart. My customers were unable to checkout!!! The problem remained after removing the app. I was forced to install a backup of the theme which I had ( I always do a backup) . Do not recommend
Our app doesn't duplicate orders neither does it add anything to the theme. Everything is done automatically and removed as soon as the app is uninstalled. You must have faced the issue with another app and blaming it on our app. If you want we can help you fix the issue. Thanks

From the beginning, the Deposits and Split Payments-Depo app and the customer service provided to us by SidePanda has been fantastic. We started with a free plan - for which we were given assistance to set-up , which was excellent. As we progressed in developing our online store SidePanda have worked with us to develop a custom app that helps us collect our specific data sets from online orders and handle the unique needs of our doing business. SidePanda have been a wonderful surprise along the way in building our online store - I can't tell you how much pressure they have taken away from specific parts of the process that were causing great difficulty. They listened and understood what we needed, then provided us a perfect solution tailored to our needs, within a short space of time. Their communication and support is excellent as is their product - I can't fault these guys and have no hesitation in recommending them as absolute professionals.

The only deposit app i was able to find in Shopify. Works great and does the job. Would definitely recommend

Install this and your "Add to Cart" button will stop working everywhere except an individual product page. If you're using it on individual products instead of the whole cart, you will be redirected to the checkout page upon adding a product... go back to continue shopping and your cart will be empty. In both cases whether adding partial payments to an individual product or to the whole cart, you can forget about any kind of discount code. Good luck. Talked with support for this app and only certain discount types will work--fine, I'll workaround and use the types that are supported. Those do show up but ARE NOT APPLIED at checkout. Seems like maybe an okay-at-best app if you only want to use the base functionality and always expect to use this on the entire cart. Otherwise, unusable. One star from me until the developers are able to solve these problems. Uninstalling.

This app does not work well. Once you install it, it will change your order's name sequence and mark previous draft orders as completed.
Hello, We checked our backlog and we can see that you used our app for 6 minutes. You did not even went past the onboarding screen and mentioned our app changes order name and marks previous order as completed. Our app doesn't even touch those parts of the Shopify store and since you did not even do a test booking our app was not even used. Thanks

I make semi customized items. This app helps create a perfect solution for taking deposits before starting my work. I had one hiccup after installing the app where the customers were only able to add one item at a time to the cart. After reaching out to the developers they responded in under 5 minutes and had it fixed shortly thereafter. Excellent product and excellent support

I use this app to take a upfront payment for a service in the future. This app works perfectly. At first the formatting was a little off, but the support team at Depo is extremely helpful and responsive. I use their Appointo app as well, and the two apps work together perfectly. I highly suggest this app, and working with the SidePanda team.

This is such a great app to help our store, the support group, and the tech end are both such great help. They've been helping customize our countless requirements and even helped us upgrade our plan!!! Can't ask more! Best experience ever! No need to clarify our problems either, they just understand, awesome communication!!!
