Digital Downloads ‑ Fileflare

This is an absolute essential add-on for us, selling the rather large digital files that we do. Every interaction with the team has been great and they're open to suggestions on how they can improve their service* (*like any software company, ourselves included, being open to suggestions means that you genuinely listen to your clients and whilst you may not be able to do everything they want, you take it seriously on board.) Thanks folks! Keep improving your product.

I was struggling with the free one offered by Shopify. This one let's me do what I need to do and more. The Free version was good enough for what I needed but I chose to move up to the pro version. I had good and prompt interaction with support as well.

This app worked out well for what I was looking for. Customer services is excellent and very friendly. Contacted them via Chat and Will was very helpful answering to all my questions and concerns quickly. I do highly recommend this app. Fast installation and easy to use. Was able to customise to my needs. Check out their videos first, to see if this app fits for what you need before installing. Thank you so much guys for creating this app!!!

I love this app. I sell only digital products in my store and tried pretty much every app I could find. Downloadable Digital Assets was the winner by far. The design and interface is so simple and makes so much sense–add all of your assets (digital files) then attach the appropriate assets to each product. Boom done. I found other apps to be tedious and cumbersome. This one is super easy and super fast and every time I use it I'm relieved that it exists and that I found it. Also, the price is right.

OpenChests.com: I'm a 'gold' user and use this app to sell sets of Treasure Hunt Clues as PDFs. I like that I can replace a PDF and there is the option to notify previous customers. The only time things haven't worked as they should was when I missed a step and didn't add the file to the product. Good app. Good customer service.

Great app. Does what it says which seems rare with these type of Shopify apps. FAQ sorted me out with my questions. Thanks to the team well worth it.

Downloadable Digital Assets by Massive Monkey is Massively Awesome ;) I tested out quite a few of the other Shopify Apps for managing digital downloads and this really checked all the boxes of what I needed for my store. So I was already set and sold but to add to how awesome it is, Benjamin the lead developer has been super responsive with support and features requests. Highly recommended app

I'm really happy with this app! The free plan covers the essentials and works well. I have just reached out to their support about a small email content issue, but other than that it's great and hasn't got as many limitations on the free plan as other digital download apps.
