So far so good, just started using BIG Digital service. I wasn't sure how to set up everything but Theo helped me with account verification and made sure that test order was done and working well. Great customer service! I'm very happy!

Was helped my a person by the name of Mateo, and he did an extraordinary job at helping me automate license keys for my digital product. I couldn't figure out how to automate keys for different products due to my authentication system that I am using, however, Mateo walked me through everything and was able to help me fix all my issues!

Amazing team running this company! Worked with me for over an hour on a Sunday even though I was still on the Free Plan! Overall, this app has worked great. I recently had a issue and used their chat help. Leo, their founder, was awesome in his patience in helping me resolve this small issue. Definitely an app with excellent customer service!!
