The response time and help on this app is unbelievable. I live in australia and within a few minutes I was talking to Leo. He was switched on and helped me set up the email test, as well as getting the download on the purchasing page. Excellent product, excellent service.

The contact support it is really great! I had an issue with a digital product which was not even related to the Big digital downloads products, but Theo really helped me resolving it. Really recommend this app!

So far so good! I was looking for an easier way to provide digital products to my customers and Hopefully this is it! Mateo was excellent via Chat as I'm still in the process of uploading products but he reassured me if I had any issues to contact them directly. Great Customer service! Thank you!

I just downloaded the app and spoke with Leo, the app founder to confirm my shop. He's super kind and ready to guide you through the app and answer any questions you might have. I also uploaded my first digital file, which was super easy to do so.
