Doesnt work as good as others. The downloads dont show at checkoutpage, and the email send it to spam. Maybe they have great support idk, i expect an app to be usable straight away without any support
Hi there. Leo speaking, the app founder. If you're a legit review, i want to let you know it works without needing any support, you simply have to enable one setting on Shopify so people can download the files they've purchased right after checking out. In fact you've got several ways to do that (they will all work). 1st option : go on your theme editor and edit your "thank you page". From there you can add an app block. Add this app block. 2nd option : go on your theme editor and edit your "status" page. From there, add the app block too. 3rd option : go in your Shopify settings then click on Checkout. From there, you can enable the 'post purchase' page which is another different page where people would have the opportunity to download. If you do all 3 things AND if you enable the emails, then your customers will have 4 changes to download your files. Everything is built-in Shopify and has to be enabled on Shopify and the support is only there to guide you on how to do that (but if you already know how to use Shopify its pretty straightforward). This being said, honestly, i'm not sure this person is a genuine person. It really looks like some competitor paid someone to leave a 1-star review on my app. Reason behind that? At the time I'm writing this reply, he left bad reviews on my app and on Shopify official app which are #1 app and #2 app for keywords such as "digital product" on the app store. Not only a great product but incredible customer support. I had some initial issues from not knowing how to input license keys and I was assisted quickly and effectively.

This is my first time building a shopify store. BIG Digital Downloads was so intuitive that I was set up quick and can easily add products to my store. Really super easy for beginners

This app lets me give my customers digital downloads and is straight forward. Also, customer service is super responsive and nice :)

Absolutely amazing, i was so lost in regards to the Digital Marketing world, but Leo came to the rescue! The only Digital App that i could easily have access to chat for support which was instant help and guidance. Leo had a kind approach and patience till we reached the outcome i wished for. He spent alot of time with me, and i had to screenshot back and forth till i was guided step-by-step by him. His support has truly made me excited to finish of the project in mind, as life is alot easier when you know you'll get the support needed if you'll get stuck! Thank you Leo a million! Customer service is fast and friendly. While I've had very few issues (mostly my error) they are super quick to reply and walk me through the issue/resolution.

I just downloaded this app for my digital products and Leo was phenomenal to work with and answered all my questions and helped me understand how to use the app. The customer support is top tier. Thank you!

Still testing this app out, but what stands out to me is that it's the only Shopify digital products app that lets me create a new digital product from within its UI, versus having to head over to the default Shopify "Products" section to do it, then heading back to upload and attach some file to a product I created elsewhere. That attention to detail differentiates it from some of the other apps in the space, and the process of creating digital products feels more natural and logical to me. It's probably harder to program an app that does that, but it's a lot easier for me as a customer. If the team that built this does that right, they probably do other things right.

I love this app already, I was having a problem with not being able to send different files for different variants under 1 product, but this app makes this easy. I spoke to Leo through the app chat who was helpful with answering the few questions I did have - when I was having a blonde moment. Would recommend.
