I downloaded this app after trying a few others and I have found it to be the best for my digital art store. It has everything I need and being able to upload several files for one product is great. I had a few questions about setting things up and I received a super fast, helpful response on their chat feature. I have now upgraded to the pro plan and I look forward to adding all my products. Hands down the best key and file sender in the market. It sure needs a few features in it so it can be perfect, like making keys available again if the order was not paid/expired, and also the integration with the amazing new shopify account pages. But hey, their support is stellar with Leo and Mateo always helping me out and being so friendly. I have no regrets at all. Go for it.

Mateo, is a life saver. He helped me reconfigure orders to one email instead of three. I am not tech savvy and Mateo walked me through the whole process. Thank you Mateo!!!

A great app! I had a really hard time deciding which digital downloads app to use for my business and tried many. When I stumbled upon this app, I found it the simplest and most intuitive to use. It also has a very smooth delivery experience (right after checkout and email). To top it all, the founder and customer support helped me setup with everything I needed very quickly! I really recommend this app.

Mateo was very warm and helpful. I'd had a long day and just jumped on to see what else I needed to do before uploading my digital content. I had a question and Mateo answered it, offering encouragement at the end. The app is easy to use for the most part. I am not tech-savvy. The parts that I am not to sure about, I'll figure out in time. For now, what I know will help me with what I need to do.

I've only just started using the app but already the customer service is immediate and high quality which is one of the most important things, shopify could learn from them because shopify has awful customer service.

Je suis très satisfaite de l'application. Interface intuitive et facile d'utilisation. J'ai eu besoin d'aide à un certain moment et Theo m'a offert un service à la clientèle de première qualité ! La seule raison pour laquelle je n'ai pas mis 5 étoiles, c'est que j'aurais aimé offrir mes vidéos à l'écoute seulement sans possibilité de téléchargement. Theo m'a assuré que l'équipe travaillait à l'amélioration de l'application et que la suggestion serait faite à l'équipe pour cette fonctionnalité. Je recommande sans aucune hésitation !

I love this app! It is super simple to navigate for a non-tech person like myself. It is super easy to upload digital files to my Shopify store and customize the emails sent to my customers upon purchasing from my store. The chat support is super helpful. Theo was able to answer all of my questions and verify my store quickly and was friendly and upbeat.
