This app has been pretty much self explanatory to set up. Clear and straight forward all the way. As a newbie to creating digital downloads I had done some researcch but I needed a bit of help with a few things related to the exact settings of this app. The super fast personal response has been really great and put my mind at rest. Tnanks a mill.

Big shoutout to THEO for walking a new business owner through the process of setting up her first digital product listing. He was so sweet and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for me. He was detailed in his explanations and I'm excited to start my business with the use of BIG Digital Downloads now.

What a absolute amazing App So easy to use and navigate your way round. Adding my digital files was super easy even when I needed a few more GB for my video file it was no problem they made it happen. I highly recommend these guys, as nothing is to much bother so helpful especially for someone not very technically minded like me. *** Very reasonably priced too.

2 review i post, but this time it's 8 months after using this app for my business: please, don't listen to 1 star reviews because this is the best app i could choose when i started my business, keep up the good work and thank you so much for helping my business everyday. Truly grateful.

App works very well would highly recommend but every once in a while it doesn't fulfill orders or is delayed so you have to fulfill manually. Still worth it.

I am preparing to sell my first digital product and was looking for an app to integrate with my current Shopify store. The app set up has been so easy to do and I am excited to begin selling my digital products. I want to give a special shout out to Mateo who I chatted with briefly to help verify my store. I am very pleased with not only the ease of using this app but also the support I received via chat.

Really it's the best I'm testing right now because I'm selling digital music samples and I had always the problem with over digital download app that fails and crash the page but this app is just WOW PLUS THE SUPPORT IS CRAZY! THANKS A LOT THEO!!!

App has a free plan that has everything to sell basically, paying plan come natural when business is growing. Customer service in seconds by real agents. From all I downloaded is the one Im keeping.

The app is reliable and user friendly. I had a couple of questions, which got answered really fast. I appreciated getting helped by a person instead of a chatbot. Also, we ended up making the experience even better for my customers, which I didn't know was possible. 10/10 recommend.

Completa, con todas las utilidades necesarias para que los clientes se descarguen los archivos con total seguridad para el creador. Además permite el estampado en los pdf lo que frena el plagio.
