Was helped my a person by the name of Mateo, and he did an extraordinary job at helping me automate license keys for my digital product. I couldn't figure out how to automate keys for different products due to my authentication system that I am using, however, Mateo walked me through everything and was able to help me fix all my issues!

Amazing team running this company! Worked with me for over an hour on a Sunday even though I was still on the Free Plan! I had no hesitation upgrading when I realized I wasn't speaking with a bot and Leo was quick to offer his help, even when he didn't need to! Thank you! Love this service! Overall, this app has worked great. I recently had a issue and used their chat help. Leo, their founder, was awesome in his patience in helping me resolve this small issue. Definitely an app with excellent customer service!!

Very easy to navigate, the checklist was very helpful and it took less than five minutes to set everything up. Theo the representative was a great rep! It was great actually chatting with a human instead of a bot :)

I use this to sell softwares using my own licensing solution and it would have been a pain to manually send licenses to customers and host a download repo for them to grab my product. To all software devs who need a simple and very attractive solution to distribute software and licenses post purchase, this is BY FAR the best one. The free version is remarkable but by upgrading to the paid version, even the cheapest one, you get so many niche benefits and it really helps out.

Simpel einzurichten, sehr korrekter Kundenservice. Theo konnte mir all meine Fragen beantworten und ist sehr kooperativ. Auch die Preisgestaltung ist in meinen Augen sehr fair platziert. Auch features vermisst man keine. Es tut was es soll, nicht mehr und nicht weniger uns so simpel soll es auch sein.

I reached out to support because I couldn't configure the custom sender, and the response was immediate. Leo, with great patience, guided me through each step of the process for about 30 minutes. It's an application that I would recommend 100% to anyone who wants to see results in their business and avoid problems with clients who can't access their downloads. 100% Recommended. Support 10/10. This is a great app for downloading digital products. THEO knows what he is doing and provides knowledgeable product support. The features are impressive for a small amount of money per month. I highly recommend BIG Digital Downloads
