Flexible and powerful, plus the way you can configure different types of digital content is something other apps just don't provide. Also has incredible live support, responses are lightning fast and always a real person. Their team accommodated all our requests, and gave us solutions+advice that made a huge difference in sales and customer relations. Would absolutely recommend this app!

The customer service provided by this company was unexpectedly excellent—in the best possible way. There are countless file apps to choose from, and I initially picked this one for its technical features. However, I’ve been even more impressed by the company’s responsiveness. As long as they continue offering this level of customer service, they’ll have a customer for life in me. It’s rare to find that kind of dedication these days—they’re doing it right, and it’s truly appreciated. Shout out to Judy who helped me out today.

I'm new to the app but setting up was super easy and I love the access links. They are much easier for a customer to understand than the previous app I was using.

I installed this app expecting fair and transparent pricing, but it turned out to be very misleading. The pricing plans clearly list storage and downloads, yet they completely omit any mention of bandwidth limits — one of the most important factors for apps like this. When I asked support about it, they admitted that every plan is limited to 1TB of bandwidth per month, and any usage beyond that is charged extra. This information is not displayed anywhere on the pricing page, only hidden in their “policy” section, which most users will never read before subscribing. This is deceptive. Shopify’s rules require that all usage-based limits (like bandwidth, storage, or API calls) be clearly stated before purchase, not discovered after you’ve already paid. Their support tried to justify it by saying it’s a “fair use policy” and not a scam — but hiding extra costs in fine print is the definition of a lack of transparency. Shopify should review this app immediately for compliance and misleading pricing practices. I do not recommend this app to anyone until they fix this and make their bandwidth policy clearly visible in the plan descriptions.
We are fully transparent about our pricing, and our app is regularly reviewed by Shopify, which continues to approve and list it on the App Store. If there were any compliance issues, the app would not be allowed to remain available. We are also surprised by the tone of this review, especially given that our support team reached out several times to clarify the situation and try to improve the experience.
