This is the second time I’ve installed BIG Digital Download, and once again it’s been a fantastic experience. The app is incredibly easy to set up and use, making it effortless to manage my digital products. I use it primarily for STL file downloads, and it has proven to be extremely reliable and effective every time. I really appreciate how smoothly it integrates with my Shopify store and how simple it makes delivering files to customers. Highly recommended for anyone selling digital products!

I think its great, easy to use, all steps are explained and its great because you have a 500 mb of storage for digital product... Also support team is very responsive, so cheers to that!!

Very easy to install and use! Contacted support to verify my store, and support is very quick to respond. Definitely glad I selectged BIG Digital.

The Big Digital Downloads app is truly a must-have! It’s incredibly user-friendly – very intuitive and easy to upload, manage, and deliver digital products to customers. Everything works smoothly and without hassle. What really makes it stand out is the support. Whenever I had a question, I received immediate help from Mateo, who not only responded quickly but also explained everything patiently and clearly. You can really feel that they care, and that makes all the difference. In short: a great app with outstanding service. Definitely worth five stars!
