I installed this app expecting fair and transparent pricing, but it turned out to be very misleading. The pricing plans clearly list storage and downloads, yet they completely omit any mention of bandwidth limits — one of the most important factors for apps like this. When I asked support about it, they admitted that every plan is limited to 1TB of bandwidth per month, and any usage beyond that is charged extra. This information is not displayed anywhere on the pricing page, only hidden in their “policy” section, which most users will never read before subscribing. This is deceptive. Shopify’s rules require that all usage-based limits (like bandwidth, storage, or API calls) be clearly stated before purchase, not discovered after you’ve already paid. Their support tried to justify it by saying it’s a “fair use policy” and not a scam — but hiding extra costs in fine print is the definition of a lack of transparency. Shopify should review this app immediately for compliance and misleading pricing practices. I do not recommend this app to anyone until they fix this and make their bandwidth policy clearly visible in the plan descriptions.
We are fully transparent about our pricing, and our app is regularly reviewed by Shopify, which continues to approve and list it on the App Store. If there were any compliance issues, the app would not be allowed to remain available. We are also surprised by the tone of this review, especially given that our support team reached out several times to clarify the situation and try to improve the experience.

Very good app! However, a few important features are still missing, such as filtering customers who have not downloaded the file. These customers could request a refund simply because they overlooked the email. With many orders, we have to constantly click through the lists to find these customers. An automation feature would be even better. If a customer has not downloaded the file after x days, they receive a reminder. Otherwise, really good!

This app has worked really well for our store so far. Customer service is very quick and efficient! John helped us verify our store within seconds.

Too bad service, not offering any trial of paid plan to explore features. Along with no custom email option on their pro plan.
This is a blatant lie by a competitor. The app has a free plan. More than 20,000 shops are currently on the free plan (which share the same feature as the pro plan).
