We have been integrating our Shopify store with SHEIN and the Commercium team has been extremely supportive throughout the process. Everything was explained step by step and they guided us until the products started syncing properly. A special thanks to Nida, our account manager, who was very patient and helpful during the entire setup. Highly recommended!

Shout-out to their customer service — always helpful and quick to respond to any of our queries. With integrations across multiple platforms, it can be an all-in-one solution but will need more time to tell.

Easy-to-understand interface that works well in syncing our Discogs inventory with our Shopify inventory. Their customer support is helpful and responsive too.

I must admit that I was nervous regarding difficulty of installation and ease of use. My fears were immediately assuaged by Support Technician, SHEKH ABDUL. He was knowledge, helpful, and integration was immediately possible. This is the App that I have been looking for.

Awesome platform to allow you to sell on Shopify, Ebay, Amazon etc from your Discogs shop and keep track of all inventory in one place. Have been using Disconnect for two years and it keeps getting better. Saves heaps of time and stress. With the Shopify-integrated shipping app we use all the shipping details for all those platforms and tracking details etc are updated on each platform automatically. Support is generally real-time and if not it’s the next day or sooner. Shekh Abdul and his team are easy to work with and very responsive to any minor issues that have arisen due mainly to Discogs API problems. Thoroughly recommended for anyone wanting to sell on multiple platforms.
