The discounts aren't showing up. I tried going to support using the link the app provided (saying to contact support before uninstall), but it doesn't go anywhere. Also, if I duplicate a discount, it freezes constantly, and I have to create the promotion from scratch.
Do not get this app, i got it to try it out and it made me approve billing and it dose not work and i have not been able to change or cancel the billing. DOSE NOT WORK !!!
After sending 2 support requests which were ignored after the app stopped working last week I would not recommend this app at all. It did work prior to Shopify implementing the new One Page Checkout, but now it will show the discounted quantity break price in the customers cart, but it all gets removed during checkout, resulting in the need to refund customers after placing an order.
They have completely messed up my theme 2x. First, they didn't know how to fix. Then they emailed me after 2 weeks it was fixed. It wasn't! They have messed it up even more. Since I have removed the app everything works well as it should. Never ever again.
We understand your outrage and very sorry for the situation. We have fixed the problem that you contacted us with. There was a slight misunderstanding with the rest. Our application does not make changes to the theme files. This allows us not to leave any traces after deletion. In any case, we did not want to disrupt anything in your store, and, as you may have noticed, after the removal, everything started working as before.
The product search does not work. IF you have a lot of products, don't install this app, there is a search box for products, but it does not work.
Thank you so much for your feedback! We are sorry to know that you have faced such a situation. Search is working now, and the issue may be caused by not been given you sufficient knowledge about its work. To avoid the same problem, we modified the search processes.
