I’ve had such a great experience using Discounty, but what really stood out was the customer support. I reached out via the help chat and the person I spoke with, Miles, went above and beyond to assist me. Not only did they solve my issue quickly, they also helped me with a few additional things that technically weren’t even part of their role. Apps are only as good as the people behind them, and this interaction honestly made me trust and appreciate Discounty even more. Highly recommend, not just for the features, but for the support team as well.

Great functionality and Grace was also very helpful in getting things set up. She went above and beyond as well and helped customise the widget to our company colour scheme.

Had an issue whit the Discounty Apps Compare price feature. Supports Dela was super helpful resolving the issue and get our campaign up and running. Can recommend this app!

Dela at Discounty provided outstanding support. I had been dealing with ongoing disruptions where the app widget wasn’t functioning properly and the discount tables were randomly disappearing, which was incredibly frustrating.
