We've been testing Discounty for our Shopify store over the last few days, and we're genuinely impressed. The app offers a wide range of discount options and is easy to set up. It provides much more flexibility than Shopify's native discount features, especially for tiered and quantity-based promotions. What really stands out, however, is the support. Nilou has been absolutely outstanding. Every question was answered quickly, professionally, and with genuine interest. Instead of simply saying "that's not possible," she took the time to understand our requirements, created custom CSS adjustments for our widget, and forwarded several of our feature suggestions directly to the development team. As a merchant, it's refreshing to work with a team that truly listens to customer feedback and is committed to continuously improving their product. The response times have been incredibly fast, communication has been friendly and knowledgeable, and we've always felt that our feedback was appreciated. If the requested features are implemented, Discounty will become one of the strongest discount apps available on Shopify.
