Can't choose a plan. "Chat with us" doesn't work. Tried to create a discount, it told me I needed to upgrade but provided no options or the ability to upgrade. Crap, crap and more crap.

The app works well, and they have a responsive and helpful support team. We made a request for some customization to help clarify messaging for our customers on the front end, and it took 8 months but they did make the change available.

We had an issue just before a sale went live, which caused a huge amount of stress, but Aaron and Harry were absolutely incredible. They jumped in immediately, worked quickly and provided me regular updates, and got everything fixed and back up and running in no time.
