very happy with the tool! within minutes i was connected to pearl, who was extremely friendly and helpful, willing to assist me. at first, i thought she was a bot, but then i realized from her kindness that the support was humanized. congratulations!

Nilou was my support specialist and she was AMAZING! I was trying to implement a new discount and we worked together as a team to come with the best solution... she even helped me add a custom coded product badge to promote the sale. If every business could have the same support that I received today from the Discounty team, then the world would be a better place!!

I'm very happy with the Discounty app. I used the free version for my first campaign and I have to say – I was pleasantly surprised. Everything worked smoothly, the interface is clean and easy to use. What I appreciate the most is the fast and helpful support – especially Grace, who was incredibly kind, patient, and supportive. I definitely plan to use the app again for my future campaigns. Highly recommended!
