Apenas la estoy probando pero tiene muchas cosas a favor, es lo que se necesita, muy facil de configurar y lo mejor es su soporte, esa atención al usuario que todos queremos, muy atentos a solucionar e incluso hacer personalizaciones del widget para que vaya más acorde a la tienda, muy agradecido por la atención de Dela, amé su ayuda. Pdta: se que soporte habla en ingles pero Dela me pudo guiar y asesorar en español sin ningun problema , tuvimos una buena comunicación en mi idioma, pocas personas en soporte se preocupan por eso.

I’ve never experienced customer support this fast and seamless. Even though I just installed the app, the onboarding has already been the best compared to any other Shopify app I’ve used. From the AI bot to the real humans, everything was smooth and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout to Pearl, who personally guided me step by step and set everything up for me. I’ve been using Discounty and overall it’s a solid app with some real strengths, but also a few things that don’t quite work for my store. On the positive side, the customer service has been phenomenal — Pearl and Grace were professional, helpful, and quick to assist. The built-in chatbot is excellent as well — knowledgeable, easy to use, and great for quick troubleshooting. Together, they’ve made support one of the strongest parts of this app. The app also uses Shopify’s native UI, which makes it intuitive and easy to navigate, and it gives you the ability to set discounts for individual products, which Shopify doesn’t natively provide. Where things fall short for me is in the limitations. The biggest is the pricing model, which is based on product variants — the more sizes, colors, or product options you add, the higher your monthly cost climbs. For a store that’s constantly adding new products, this just isn’t sustainable. I also ran into problems with discount stacking, since offers created in Discounty don’t automatically block other discounts from being applied. That led to customers combining promotions in ways I didn’t intend, which is a dealbreaker for my setup. On top of that, much of the functionality overlaps with Shopify’s native discount tools, making the app feel somewhat redundant in my case. Overall, I think Discounty has a lot of potential and is backed by a great support team, but the pricing structure and discount stacking limitations make it difficult for me to justify long term. For merchants who need finer control over individual product discounts, this app could be very useful — but for a growing catalog like mine, it isn’t the right fit.

Tolle App, leicht zu bedienen. Bei manchen Features ist sie etwas teurer und buchhalterisch (DE) nicht ganz wie ich es gerne hätte, aber super schneller Support (Stella) und sehr freundlich! Dankeschön!

Esta buena la app en la versión lite. Definitivamente necesitas ayuda para lograr algunas cosas pero su atención es súper eficiente, Mason fue quién me ayudó con varias dudas y a resolver algunos problemas. Espero siga así en un futuro.

I was feeling overwhelmed with the calculation and thought I was doing something wrong. Dela was amazing, extremely patient and supportive. She identified the root cause, guided me through correcting the issue and I learned a lot in the time she spent with me.
