I installed the app and immediately tried creating my first campaign — everything was super easy and intuitive! The range of available options perfectly fits the needs of most stores. I needed some help setting up the widget that encourages customers to buy using quantity discounts, and Pearl was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and lightning-fast in explaining how to configure it. Support at this level really makes the app stand out — highly recommended!

Downloaded this app to create a tiered discount sale. Started with the free trial just to test it out and the customer service was great! Sam helped make a custom widget for the website at no additional charge.

Not many apps help you just as you install it. But the moment I got it installed Dela was there to help me - no AI bot there. Great service!

Does not support the ability to run a sitewide sale and offer a separate discount to customers without stacking both promotions.

WOW!!! What an exceptional experience I had this evening! I had the DISTINCT pleasure of working with Pearl to customize a widget on my site. First it needs to be noted that I reached out on chat about 11 p.m. NEVER expecting someone to actually answer but Pearl jumped right on. Not only did she fix my issue but she went above and beyond and customized it in my brand colors! She was super accommodating, respectful, knowledgable, joyful, and just went out of her way to solve all of my issues. I am blown away. You just don't find this level of customer care anymore but you find it with Pearl and Discounty!!!! Thank you so much!!!

I had struggle applying the discounts due to Shopify Markets but Sam helped me out with very good guides using GIF's. Great Customer Support!!

Wow! Just had the best support experience. Dela was fantastic and single-handedly made my experience with this app a breeze. I wanted to tweak the design of the 'buy more, save more' table and she jumped right in, editing it to work flawlessly and match my theme perfectly. It looks so professional now. Her service was excellent and the time she had taken is so appreciated. If you're looking for an app with a team that actually supports you, this is the one!
