Tiene muchos problemas , para quitar campañas es muy complicado ya que se quedan activas en algunos productos y no hay manera de quitar el descuento , su servicio de soporte pesimo , no te da respuesta y tienes que mandar correos , se pierde dinero ya que tienes que eliminar tus productos .

I haven’t had much experience with the app itself yet, as I just installed it today. However, my first impression is definitely positive. What already deserves a clear 5-star rating is the outstanding support I received from Stella. She quickly found solutions and even implemented several customizations to better fit my needs—all while I’m still on the free plan. Amazing support!!

Instale y tuve dificultades con el widget, pero Mason me asistió y con ayuda de traductor se comunicó conmigo en español, lo que se aprecia mucho. finalmente quedo todo operativo sin problemas.

I had some trouble getting the app to work with the store, but Miles was absolutely amazing! He quickly figured out the issue and got everything running smoothly again. He was fast, efficient, and super helpful—I really appreciate his support!

Installed Discountly today. Was fairly easy to set up but i did have one issue where "fixed prices" on my products were preventing the discounts from working. Melissa in customer services identified this after a bit of trouble shooting, once i sorted that problem the discounts applied and the integration with my store looks amazing.

Nice app that does what it says and support is there to help however you need or make customizations in a flash. Easy recommend.
