Fantastic and quick support, every time. They help with custom CSS code, you can just ask if you need something fixed and they do it most often in 24 hours. I have gotten help every time theme got updated.
Uninstalled the app and the discounts have not been removed from our store - we manually have to adjust the prices, we have also been overcharged from the plan price.
Thank you for your feedback. We deeply regret the issues you've encountered with Discounty. To clarify, our 'General discount campaigns' adjust product and compare-at prices. If these are not deactivated before uninstalling the app, discounts may remain active. It appears the app was uninstalled without deactivating your campaign. For resolution, please reinstall our app temporarily, allowing us to access your store and quickly rectify this. Regarding billing, Shopify apps recurring charges are generated at the start of each billing cycle. It seems that you uninstalled the app after this cycle. We have confirmed no further payments were processed post-uninstallation. Despite this, we recognize the inconvenience caused and are prepared to issue a refund. We have reached out via email to resolve these issues promptly. Your satisfaction and trust are paramount to us.

Good and quick customer service. When the AI bot didn't answer my question, their service team quickly answered and solved the issue immediately. The app is easy to use and makes it easy to plan my discounts.
I can not recommend this app more!!! We were frustrated with the limitations of the built-in Shopify discount settings, and this app provided all the solutions we needed to create customized discounts for products. The app is very user-friendly and intuitive, and they provide very quick customer support, which is amazing!
This app is simple and straightforward to use! I got my general sales campaign live to my customers in no time flat. The app does what it says it does, and the UI/UX is good, making it easy to use. Setareh and her customer support team were quick to respond to my initial questions and needed clarifications. The questions I had were mostly due to my own inattention and hurried state, but Setareh was happy, quick, and accurate with her provided help.

The discounts load in about 1-2 minutes, which is great compared to a lot of other apps I've tried. Great live customer service and AI bot, spoke with Melika and she was quick to respond and submit my requests to her team. The app auto refreshes every 30 minutes, if you remove an item from the collection you do not need to refresh it. This is great, however there is no option to manually refresh it if you need a more immediate change, you would need to disable the discount and reactivate. Like I said it updates within 1-2 minutes, so if you have to do that it's not that bad. I sent in the feedback and hope that they can get this implemented, it would benefit a lot of customers!
