UPDATE: Way too many technical issues. It would freeze in the middle of changing prices and you can't do anything about it. The last time it froze, I had to manually reverse the price changes in the middle of a big sale while customers messaged me asking why they couldn't get the sale. Not worth all the technical issues and the headache. I recently set up this app and I've been very happy with the ease of setup and the responsiveness of the chat support. The extra help and prompt responses go a long way! I would like to see the option of buy x get y deals added to the app in the future and bundle deals in order to make it a full-service app. They seam ready to improve the app frequently.
We are so sorry for the problem happened for you. Unfortunately our backend recognized your shop as Shopify Plus that led to exceeding rate limit in the Shopify API calls when your campaign started. The technical team found out the problem and fixed it during some hours. We hope to be able to compensate your difficulties. The customer service is fast and accurate. They have been most helpful. I had an issue and i contacted them, they got back to me instantly.

Great app for marking down certain collections. Allows you to include and exclude collections. Great when running sales on specific items

I wanted sale prices to show on my Collection & Product pages WITHOUT manually changing all product pricing.. This app actually does this seamlessly (I tried a few others before finding this). You create your discounts right in it & then it will go in and change the price/compare to fields for you. Saves me having to do that myself, or any coding.. So it does take a bit of time, and you can’t change a campaign while it’s live. So just make sure your ducks are all in a row first before turning it on. That said, the support is very responsive & has been fantastic. No complaints! (The only downside is that it DOES NOT show how much was saved in the cart.)

It's a great app that saves a lot of time. Had a small issue in the beginning but their support team was more than happy to help. Will be testing it out for Black Friday deals as well.

We've downloaded this app yesterday, to replace another similar app that stopped to work. We had a problem in setting discount campaigns and Hossein from app "Discounted Pricing & Sales" helped us in a very professional way, thanks to him know our site has prices correctly set. The app work perfectly, and you have so many options when you create discount campaigns. We recommend this app, and its customer service, absolutely!

This app is really great, and does exactly what it should! I have many products in my store collections so this app really solves the limitation issue for me. The setup is simple as well. If you need assistance the support is just a few clicks away!
