Had checked all of the boxes we are looking for a discount app. We wish tho that it would sync to GMC's promotions so that it won't have to double discount the products when creating promos.

Even if the app it's pretty much easy to use has many bugs that not even their Staff is able to recognize and act accordingly. I contacted them many times for error with their usability or feature: - AI Agent is useless and time wasting - Agent are slow to respond, they have to escalate to somebody, they take 20-30 min to then explain stuff you already know and in the end they tell you (without saying it directly) that you have to solve the problem yourself. Especially on Fridays (they are already in Week End Mode) - After 1 hour in chat, everytime I just solve the problem myself. So why bother? - I am gonna change app very soon after years but now we got to the point of not return. I would not advise this to Ecommerce Manager like me.
