We have been using this app for more than 1 year and for us it is the best app for stopping chargebacks and responding to them. 10/10

The support team hasn't responded to my emails for weeks, so I haven't been able to resolve my issue and I'm stopping using the app.

The software itself is solid and does what it promises, but my experience with pricing flexibility was very disappointing. After a recent hack at Disputifier, the company offered discounts to retain certain customers. Despite having been a paying customer for several months with my previous store, Meghan & Steve London, and using Disputifier for an extended period, I was not offered any discount or temporary adjustment. What is especially disappointing is that stores that have already been customers for several months are clearly not taken seriously. Pricing is extremely rigid, and there is no willingness to think along or show flexibility, even toward loyal customers. For very high-volume merchants this may not be an issue, but for smaller or growing stores this is an important consideration.
