This app is fantastic, and the team behind it is just as impressive. Mark and his team always provide excellent support, give clear and professional answers, and truly know their stuff. Every question I’ve had has been explained clearly, and it’s obvious they’re very knowledgeable in this space. This is by far the best, most secure, and most trustworthy chargeback app available. Easy 5 stars.

Highly recommend this. They save your relationship with processors and the owner Mark has been extremely helpful. One of the best apps you can use on the app store.

The communication is amazing and they handle everything with precision. Easily one of the best services I’ve ever used for my business.

Solid app that works well. They have great comms and are willing to help. This keeps the chargeback number very low too and is great for a high or low volume store while being cost effective.
