This app is simply the best of all, if you want to prevent chargeback fraud, prevent scams of fake buyers, count on them 100%, also their day to day attention is incredible, always with kindness and a resolution to everything, I am very satisfied and really, I recommend it without a doubt, thanks guys.

Disputifier excels in simplifying chargeback management. The interface is intuitive, and whenever I have a question, their amazing customer support is available at all hours, providing prompt and helpful assistance. The analytics feature is a bonus, offering insights to prevent future disputes. Definitely a must have for efficient and stress-free chargeback resolution. Highly recommended.

These guys have extensive knowledge and expertise in the field of fraud prevention/mitigation, and can help set you up with any tool that you need to protect your merchant account. My favorite is their auto-refund feature for high-risk orders. Super thankful for this app!

Disputifier is like the oxygen for my payment processors, you must have it, even if you think you don't need it, you'll prove yourself wrong in the long term, get it now, it will pay for itself and you'll sleep better at night knowing your disputes and good standing of your processors are being taken care of. Disputifier is the missing piece when scaling that we overlooked for so long. A must need to accompany any processing suite to make sure you are staying on their good side, and all the while -- the best part: you save money too! We seem to win 3x more Chargebacks with their intuitive response process.

Do you HATE fighting chargebacks? Giving all the effort to file evidence with no success? You MUST have Disputifier in your store. They are experts in WINNING chargebacks with NO effort on your side. I've tried SO many similar apps but they are nowhere near the caliber of Disputifier... I've talked to their team because I had so many chargebacks and they handled it all in 1-2 days with literally ZERO effort on my side. I'm an ex-AI software engineer and their current tech makes it even more RELIABLE. Imagine the TIME you free yourself to focus more on your business. Get them now! Thank me later.

Switched from an overpriced fraud software, and Disputifier has saved us a lot of money each month (and time). The features feel a lot more tailored for stores like ours. Plus an amazing support team that is very helpful. We've been winning more chargebacks, and overall were happy with Disputifier. I'd pick it over other fraud/chargeback softwares. I'd DEFINTELY pick it over not using any software for fraud/chargeback at all (relying on Shopify's default fraud detection).

This app has saved us more time and money than you can imagine. I used to spend hours gathering things that it provides automatically. It certainly pays for itself. I really can't say much of anything negative. As a matter of fact, I think prior to using this app, I really only won maybe 1 dispute. Now that has drastically changed.
