Dollarback: Cashback & Loyalty might be a fairly new program, and yes, there are still a few things they’re ironing out. But honestly, the potential they’ve shown is really impressive. They’ve managed to build a loyalty system that fully integrates with Shopify. What really stands out is their support. Abel has been especially amazing, fast to respond, patient, and able to sort out issues in literally minutes to a few hours. It’s rare to get service that feels this personal and this reliable. All in all, even though they're still growing. I am happy to be part of the early journey.

Dollarback is genuinely and refreshingly incredible to work with. This app is built really well, and everything just works out of the box. That said, we threw a lot their way during our transition from an old point of sale system and old points-based rewards/loyalty system to this new multi-channel dollar-value rewards model, and they’ve consistently shown patience, follow-through, and genuine care. They’ve added features in real time based on our feedback -- from the ability to limit cashback by sales channel and specific item variations, to updating their bulk import tool to recognize customer IDs, to even getting their app embed to play nicely with our quick view modal. It’s rare to find a team that moves this fast while keeping such a collaborative, human approach. Truly refreshing, thanks guys!

If I could do 10 stars, I would. We use about 15 different apps for Shopify and Shopify POS, and this one works flawlessly. When we have had a question or feature request, the tech support has been second to none. If only every app offered this level of support and bug free functionality.

Incredible. 10 stars. We came from another big popular points app and right when I saw Dollarback on the Shopify app store, I knew it was a winner for our store. It has all the features I was looking for. The creator is an awesome person really trying to help businesses. I literally compared all apps for hours and did sales calls etc... all the processes and then I saw the Dollarback app and knew immediately this is what our store needs and our customers love it and its so simple and easy. Using Dollarback has been great for us. We normally have a fall off of repeat order after 90 days. Now we have a way of enticing those clients back. Definately seen an increase in sales due to Dollarback. The customer service is amazing and definately better than I anticipated. Highly recommend!!

Dollarback is the definitive tool any store needs for happy returning customers: allowing a financially controllable amount of credit. Simple and effective implementation provide endless possibilities. Either can be done with all purchases, different cash back for different collections, products, customers… you can imagine the freedom it can provide in terms of helping liquidation and driving customers back for loyalty. Klaviyo and flow integration is a big plus. The tool is improving everyday with more options and the support is probably the best support and communication system I’ve received in Shopify. This app is 5 stars! It will sky rocket into Shopify top ranking! Undoubtedly!
