1478% ROAS speaks for itself within 72 hours of launching. Not sure you need anymore incentive than that. Added bonus is installation is quick, support is impeccable.

Expensive and complicated to use. 1. It will ask you to register another WhatsApp Number 2. Automated messages are sent by meta and meta has a small price per automated messages aside form the monthly subscription

You can use any WhatsApp number that is connected to the official WhatsApp Business API - many merchants choose to register a dedicated number to keep personal and business messages separate, but this is not a requirement if you already have a suitable business number. First of all the customer care and service is excellent. Full set up support. The actual features are always being expanded. What’s app comms for our customers is brilliant and the ability to sell extra to our customers is excellent. So much better than email and NOT EXPENSIVE. Very easy to use. Highly recommend to all e-commerce brands. Auto replies to maintain engagement have also enhanced this service. 10/10
