Works good for any business. The Whatsapp icon appears on either side of the screen, as you choose, and works fine

Great app and even greater support. Or was really helpful when answering any question via whatsapp. Also they give you updates about new features and step by step setting information. I recommend it to anyone that want to improve their communitacion with their clients.

App che funziona perfettamente e facile da usare! Super utile l'assistenza diretta su WhatsApp, super consigliata anche in Italia. L'assistenza è in inglese ma con Google Traduttore si può comunicare tranquillamente.

It is working perfectly till now and I think the customer service is excellent since the owner send me messages frequently to ask me if I am satisfied.

excellent app for the intended purpose. I replaced the shop chat with this and it allows customers to contact you. No bells and whistles but works well!
