Very good application Support advisor is available 24/7 They managed me all sittings by sending me a collaboration request on my shopify store. I recommend them Keep going and thank you so much for all work you done

A good app for abandoned cart recovery. Whatsapp support is great, Fakhrul was patient and kind and they respond right away.

I have been using this app for almost 30 days, The customer support they are providing is appreciative. They are still improving some missing features time to time. They still need to improve few things like:- *Customer should have option to send campaign instead of contacting their support team every time to add extra buttons. *GIF option should be added in the campaign. *They only take data from shopify triggers, if customer is using different app for checkout they can't track it and still sends whatsapp abandoned checkout messages to the customer who successfully placed the order.
