They are super dedicated in helping us IMMEDIATELY when needed, and the app is SUPER customizable, much better than other ones that say they are free but they are very limited. I can customize it to my theme's font, my colors, I can import my own, request reviews through emails, this app and the team are excellent!!

Thank you so much for your support and patience, Andrew! Keep up the good work, you have such a great app! After trying out over 15 apps, I discovered Doran had everything I needed. It is very easy to use, lots of widgets to display questions and reviews. The fact that it is translated in multiple languages correctly was what interested me the most. I'm very happy to have found it!

This App is very comprehensive for a free App. It has taken a bit of work to setup, but Andrew's support has been exceptional. I'm still tweaking wording etc, but the flexibility of the customisation of templates is fabulous. I chose this App because I couldn't change email wordinig in another App I first trialled - personalisation, wording and tone are everything for the brand.

Nice job, just configuring the emails and applying the app to my store, but I have to say that the tutorial is amazing and the configuration is really easy. Great features for free and the widgets are thought for all types of shops, considering the news in the market and the impact of not having reviews at the begining, very well thought. I run a small business and every cent spent affects our bottom line - so finding this app has been a real blessing! For an app that is available for free, it packs an impressive range of capabilities. It's been very very thoughtfully developed and I also love that it looks so professionally designed on the front end. I've tested A LOT of product review apps, both free and paid, and in my opinion, this is the best Free product review app available. Thank you for making this available!
