Customer service is top notch. Keep in mind, this app is free, and amazing. I had a small technical issue I needed help with on a Saturday afternoon. They got back to me on a Saturday and had resolved my issue. I have apps I pay a lot for that don't even respond till the work week. I love this app and the people behind it!

I’ve been using Doran for more than a year now, and honestly it’s one of the best apps for managing customer reviews. The app works smoothly and has helped my customers easily leave reviews for my products, which has really improved trust on my store. What I appreciate the most is their support team. Whenever I faced an issue or needed help, they responded very quickly and resolved the problem without delay. Highly recommended for any store owner who wants a reliable review app with excellent customer support.

The app is easy to understand and quick to use. Even though my English is not very strong, I was able to set everything up without major problems. It works perfectly and does exactly what it promises. You need to configure your own email settings and create your own designs, which was a bit challenging for me. That is the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars. Overall, I highly recommend this app. It works flawlessly, is free, and is especially great for small businesses and companies that want to scale long term.
