Doran Product Reviews App & QA

Doran has been a great experience for our growing brand, and the support team is proactive in answering any doubts or issues that might arise.

Their support is amazing. I totally recommend this extension. I explained what I needed, and they updated the app in a matter of hours.

Love how well it integrates with my Shopify store

Support was very prompt. I am very excited about using this platform.

This app is not supported with Google & not recognized. After working with Google to resolve some issues with my store they recommended other review apps. I contacted Doran to get a exportable file for my current reviews and they wanted to know why I wanted them. First off, not really your business but ok. I explained that they were not recognized by and Google & they offered me to turn this feature on if I paid them. Yeah, no thanks! There is a reason they are not recognized by Google & I'm guessing asking for people to purchase features is a reason. I got my reviews & switched to Judge.me. Very disappointed in this app!!

great job

App is easy to use. Lots of options to modify appearance. Its usefulness is more than I expected

so it was free as i started using it, but they are changing it in a month. no thanks. I will be swapping to other provider, as you cannot even do the basics now. Right now the app is for free, but they do not present the prices for the subscription, nor can i do things i was able to do yesterday. Not recommended.

Super application gratuite ! Facile à installer, de nombreuses possibilités et fonctions. Un Service support très réactif ! Merci Doran, j'ai d'autres sites Shopify, je vais installer cette application sur tous !
