What to expect Doran Reviews Questions has everything you would expect from a paid review app, but it is free. It includes Flow integration (but not only), all the main widget types, essentially unlimited translations, and email events even for delivered emails. Advantages The app also offers integrations with other apps that are usually locked behind paid plans in other review apps. Support is extremely fast: Andrew replies and solves issues within a few hours. He does not just fix existing problems; he also adds useful features when needed. Oh, it is possible to remove Doran brand. In a free app. What is missing The only missing feature is the Shopify partnership needed to manage reviews on Shop. Andrew is already working on it, so hopefully it will be available soon. Disadvantages At the moment, the lack of Shop review management is the only real limitation. Overall A complete, feature-rich review app with fast support and integrations that are usually paid elsewhere. Hard to beat, especially for a free app.
