Great Features & Stellar Support! The Doran Product Reviews app has everything I was looking for – from customizable review requests to Q&A and widget styling. The support team is incredibly responsive and helpful with setup and adjustments. Although I’ve just started using it, the experience so far has been fantastic.

This is hands down one of the best review apps on Shopify. The dashboard is beautifully designed, the UI/UX is smooth and intuitive, and the on-site display integrates effortlessly with the store’s aesthetic. Every element from customization to email styling reflects thoughtful craftsmanship. It easily outperforms many paid apps charging over $15/month. By far the absolute best app for importing reviews from other sites and handling reviews on my Shopify. This is the only app that was able to scrape my Etsy reviews by listing and auto assign those to the Shopify product. Every other app I tried wanted me to manually assign each review to a product, and I have 5000 reviews on my Etsy. These developers are quick to respond, happy to help, and all around built the best review app.

I have tested a lot of review apps since 2019, and this is my favorite one. It does everything that premium apps do, but for free!? I installed it on all my stores. The support is absolutely incredible. A big thank you to Andrew, who spent a lot of time helping me import my shop reviews.

Excellent app! Works seamlessly with shop setup. Easy to setup. Customer service replied within 15mins and answered my question very quick and to the point helping me get up and running in no time. Includes tons of features.
