The app works well and looks very great. The customer support is outstanding. I just had one issue with Google snippets and I got a prompt reply and they delivered a solution for my problem. I highly recommend for everyone!

We have been selling on Amazon for a long time. While preparing our Shopify store, we spent a lot of time thinking about how to bring over the accumulated reviews from Amazon. We tried many review programs, but we haven’t found one as clean and branding-friendly as this. The support team responded quickly via email and provided kind and detailed assistance. After trying multiple review apps I finally found Doran, and it was a perfect fit for my store, and it's probably a perfect fit for you too! Being able to import reviews from other platforms is an excellent feature that works so much better than I initially expected. Since I sell a lot on Ebay, it's really nice to be able to share the reviews from there in my Shopify store so that customers know what to expect from my products. The app offers alot of customiziable widgets which allows you to integrate it basicly however you want in your store. Everything is pretty straight forward, so I haven't felt the need to use their support (yet), but they seem very keen to help you out if you where to need it. 5/5 - The app is fantastic and I highly recommend it! And on top of that, it's free!? Thats crazy

This app seems to be a miracle. Has almost all features you can ask for from a review app and all available in free plan. Moreover what I really loved was the support and proactive help that the team provides for any queries and issues. Strongly recommend. Way to go!!

I love being able to import review from Etsy without CSV so I dont have to rely on other apps to generate the CSV. I recommend this app so far!

This app is completely free as mentioned and there is no Hidden subscriptions as most apps asks... we are very new website and haven't made any sales yet to check the review working.. but we belive this app will be good start for the newly launching business.

For the price—free or 6.99 USD/month (yearly)—it's hard to beat. The app doesn't have many bells and whistles that complicate it. Manually entering the questions from our old app is a hassle, but for what it's worth, it isn't a huge deal. However, importing reviews is a breeze. The support is fairly responsive and the team does good work.
