Fantastic app! If customer has a question while on a Product page, they can email us directly from that page, thus eliminating customer from leaving a Product page to find our Contact Us button. Customers staying on a Product page - studying a sellers product/offer while being able to easily ask seller a question which builds trust so If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thanks Andrew and team for a great app.

I have tested a lot of review apps since 2019, and this is my favorite one. It does everything that premium apps do, but for free!? I installed it on all my stores, and I will replace Loox with Doran on this store very soon. The support is absolutely incredible. A big thank you to Andrew, who spent a lot of time helping me import my shop reviews. I actually encourage them to charge for their app, as it is totally worth it!

An excellent reviews collection app with a rich set of features! Almost everything you need is already available, making it one of the best in its category. The user interface is smooth, intuitive, and well-designed. Their customer support is outstanding—quick, responsive, and always helpful. One small addition that would make this app perfect is an in-app option to export reviews. Currently, they provide CSV exports manually via email, which works well, but having it built-in would be even better. Overall, a fantastic app with top-notch support!

The app works well and looks very great. The customer support is outstanding. I just had one issue with Google snippets and I got a prompt reply and they delivered a solution for my problem. I highly recommend for everyone!

We have been selling on Amazon for a long time. While preparing our Shopify store, we spent a lot of time thinking about how to bring over the accumulated reviews from Amazon. We tried many review programs, but we haven’t found one as clean and branding-friendly as this. The support team responded quickly via email and provided kind and detailed assistance.
