The app seems to be working well, but I have been trying to integrate it for weeks. Support is not really here to help with integration. Might have to give up on DPD due to being unable to get the app working.

I have been using the WebShopAssist DPD integratipn on my 4 websites for about 5 years now. I've never had a single issue with it. It always works as expected and the customisations available on the order list are so helpful. What's most important to me for a Shopify app is the support available and I can hand on heart say that Bogdan has been so helpful with anything I have needed. He just added an extra customisation for me that I needed in a quick turnaround with no questions asked. Thnak you Bogdan! :)

This is the best customer service I have ever experienced. They respond extremely quickly and take care of all our concerns. We have some very specific requirements, and Bogdan handles everything in a highly professional manner. The app is highly recommended.

This app is great and so too is the support we have received. We are using this app in conjunction with the Postcode Shipping app. We have been able to create a wide range of shipping options based on the order value, location & weight. These have all been mapped to dedicated DPD services to avoid any manual sorting. Highly recommend!

The app works perfectly – very user-friendly interface, generating shipping labels is quick and easy. Support is responsive and helpful. Bogdan is always ready to assist and does so promptly and professionally. Highly recommend!

Works better by a mile than other more expensive integration options we've tried. Emails are responsive, and the app is fairly intuitive with good functionality. No major trip ups, any fixes have been pretty easy to sort out and don't require days of investigation or head scratching - shout out to Bogdan for the ongoing support

The DPD Integration Shopify App has been incredibly useful for our business. It has streamlined our shipping process, saving us time and reducing errors.
