All you need for integrating DPD is this app! Works flawlessly, does everything you need, and if something is missing Bogdan, and his team are always quick to respond. They provide better support than DPD itself! We use multiple couriers and DPD is by far the easiest to manage just because of this app. Thanks!

I gotta say, this has to be the best support i have ever seen. Fast response, they implement changes based on our needs. The plugin itself works like a charm. I recommend that you read the documentation, because the plugin is a bit confusing at first. Overall, 5 well deserved stars!

Warum gebt ihr kaum Informationen, woher man die Zugangsdaten für die Integration bekommt? Einfach nur einen Link mit einen Guide hinzufügen, mehr wäre es doch nicht. Nachdem ich meine App-Zugangsdaten von DPD erhalten habe, musste ich feststellen, dass die Zugangsdaten angeblich "falsch" sind. Naja, zum Glück funktionieren die Zugangsdaten bei anderen Apps problemlos.

D app is lovely,perfect & easy way to integrate for my shipping labels here in d UK. Apart from that, I also want to use this opportunity to appreciate Bogdan!!..wow! Bogdan was & is so prompt with directing, replying, very patient in explaining to my understanding, even when i ask some "dump" questions which honestly was frustrating &confusing to me. Outstanding customer service; knowledgeable and good communicator ..He made it all a very bearable steps for me with all the steps I needed to take as a newbie on shopify selling..GOD bless you more Bogdan, that was a great impactful help you rendered to me there. Works seamlessly for us in the UK. Great for shipping to the UK and overseas. The Brexit customs integration works great. On the rare occasion we have an issue (normally our fault..!) Bodgan is on hand (normally within the hour) to sort out the problem or to advise. Support is 2nd to none. Well worth the money. Thank you Bogdan for an amazing app and service. Jonny, Brewkegtap UK

very easy to use and reliable. awesome support, the pickup function was missing in Slovenia but they implemented it for us in 2 days! This is a huge difference compared to other courier integrations available in the region

We use this app almost one year. At the beginning we had some issues we needed to solve, the support was excellent. Bogdan solves our problems fast and he is really patient with us every time. We are happy with the app.

I'm using this app for around 2 years. First used free plan then upgraded to paid one. No other good DPD integration for Shopify in my country. This app enables my customers to select locker they want their goods to be delivered to and also makes our label printing much faster. Support is also very fast and proficient.

I used the app to integrate our shopify store with dpd, and create orders on dpd every time an order is placed on shopify. We then use the scan and print feature to speed up processing at depot. Super happy with the app, its very customisable and the support and help to setup is extremely supportive. I was able to contact the team and receive replies straight away, we had a quick zoom call for something more technical and we are super happy, thumbs up

The app works fine and the support team is very very cooperative and responsive. I've requested several minor fine-tunings and they were all implemented in a timely manner. If you are using DPD shipments, I strongly recommend this integration.

I recently switched from Shipstation to the DPD integration app. Initial setup was fairly straight forward and any problems I encountered were easily and swiftly resolved by app support. The app itself is very easy to use and has reduced the time it takes to fulfil my orders. I have had a couple of issues with error messages but Bogdan from app support is amazing. My emails are answered within minutes and any issues resolve pretty much immediately! Would highly recommend this app for anyone using DPD to ship their orders.

It's a great app! It saves me hours and it gives the customers the opportunity to choose the pick up they want on the map. So that it's always correct pick up point on the ticket. Before they used to enter it by hand and a lot of time it was wrong. I had a few things that I didn't understand how to do. But they support is super quick and adequate. So now it works perfectly. Highly recommended!

I installed the app to fulfill orders for Ireland. The initial set up was a little confusing but once sorted out, it is working really well. The app assist team were so helpful and patient and always quick to reply making it a seamless process.
