Dripshipper has been a great help with my business setup. The system performs excellently, and the customer service team has been attentive, responsive, and very helpful. It great to see a company deliver on what they actually promised.

Dripshipper is an outstanding vehicle to manage a coffee sales business. The system is simple to navigate, very customizable, and provides access to some of the best specialty grade coffee available in the USA. Customer service and assistance are second to none. If you want to sell great coffee and have the potential to scale your business efficiently, you need Dripshipper as your business partner.

I’ve been using Dripshipper for quite a while now, and it’s been a game changer for my store. The integration with Shopify is smooth, the setup was straightforward, and the support team has always been quick and helpful whenever I’ve had questions. It’s made adding high quality coffee products to my shop simple and stress free. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking to expand their Shopify store with ease.

Since day one Dripshipper has helped us and made it easy. We started out focusing on the mainland USA but now are selling in Puerto Rico as well and just got our first order from Europe. Dripshipper and Shopify together makes it easy. Girly Coffee

I am not very good when it comes to technology, but this app made everything super easy. I was able to have a store completely set up within just a few days. Their customer service is excellent as well!

Dripshipper customer assistance is not helpful at all. It's actually quite terrible! Each issue I've had will get a basic response that seems like an AI response even when the AI tool says it's sending me to an actual human. I've had problems with our labels and they refuse to be helpful. I've had issues with invoices on orders as well and after explaining the issue several times I get a basic response back that is not helpful at all or even close to what I'm dealing with. I've asked for a phone number to call for assistance but they told me (via chat) that they can not help by telephone. I was planning on keeping my complaints to myself but the owner sent a message asking for a review. I would not spend the money at this company again unless something changes. UPDATE 2/5: Ok, I'm new to all of this online store & dropshipping stuff. I was grossly mistaken on who I was reviewing in my initial post. Dripshipper has actually been a great company, especially Aasiya. At first I thought otherwise but the more I learned of the process I discovered my complaints are towards a 3rd party company (SiteToBuy) that set up my Shopify online store and dripshipper app. If I could find a way to review them I would copy my initial review and share on their page.

Talk about the app that has it all. Very impressed with these guys (and gals) and their knowledge and speedy response times from customer service. From creating our own branding, and designing our own labeling, etc, this is a must for anyone looking to take a leap in the business world and hit the ground running!
