IT JUST WORKS. I'm the Marketing Director for US-based travel pack brand and my team was tasked with standing up a UK sister site to support our international distribution business. This could have taken countless hours of downloading files, importing, testing, troubleshooting etc.—and certainly would have taken longer due to the time difference. A project that could have easily taken a month was completed essentially automatically, in a less than a day. It all seemed TOO EASY but everything synced correctly. I was shocked. This is one of those apps that just works. Highly recommend.

Needed to duplicate our shopify store and Duplify made it so seamless and easy! All store settings, products, images, transposed over within a few clicks plus saved us $$$ in web dev hire fees. Just be mindful of auto-syncing options as that caused a few hiccups for us, but Duplify team were very quick and helpful to sort it out.

Great and very useful app! It saved us a huge amount of time! Additionaly Duplify's support is just incredible! Contact with them is instant and they are quick to help with any problems. I highly recommend!

Super simple transfer of content/data that is great if you're building out a new site on a different staging environment. Had one issue and customer service helped address it right away.

Duplify made copying our templates and content to another store extremely easy! We only needed to change some links in our content to be suitable for the new store. Duplify did the majority of the work. The cost are a very small investment to get a lot of work done and salary cost saved!

DO NOT USE - Didn't work and I reached out to the dev multiple times over a week with no response. I have to do it all manually. I just paid my dev to do it which only costed a little more than this piece or crap app. And at least my team member gets paid... Useless
Unfortunately, I think you may have reached out to a different company and not us (Presidio). We have no record of any email from a customer at Nueboo and we respond to all support tickets within 24 hours and most are answered even quicker. Posting this here for any customer considering Duplify, we do our best to respond to everything immediately (nights and weekends).

Duplify is an impressive app that simplifies the process of duplicating online shops effortlessly. It saved me a significant amount of time and effort, allowing me to have a fully functional copy of my shop on a new domain within a day. Right from the start, Duplify impressed me with its user-friendly interface, making the entire process straightforward. The app provided clear instructions and guided me through each step, ensuring a seamless experience even for someone with limited technical expertise. The app's efficiency was remarkable, flawlessly replicating the majority of my shop's aspects, including products, categories, images, and customer data. It successfully transferred complex configurations and settings, resulting in a duplicate shop that closely resembled the original. Certain aspects, such as shop navigation and specific settings, cannot be automatically copied and require manual configuration. Luckily this is not a lot of work and we were still able to go live with our new domain the same day.

Transfer went OK. The app does what it is supposed to do. Found the charges to be confusing initially. The developer has subsequently made them more clear now.

In short, our app provides you two options: one-time exports (where you pay a fee depending on which categories you decide to export), and a subscription service (meant to be activated once you have completed your export, it allows you to keep your two stores in sync).
